Withdrawals may only be requested by users who have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawals cannot be processed from accounts that have an active or outstanding bonus wagering requirement unless the real money balance and bonus balance are clearly separated and only the real money balance is being withdrawn.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 777s platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.
New 777s accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus of 150% match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 75,000 in bonus funds, plus 50 free spins. Users who deposit via USDT or Bitcoin receive an automatic 5% uplift on the standard bonus offer. All sports bets placed through the 777s sportsbook are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 777s reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the stake on any bet, or void any bet where there is reasonable ground to do so, including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; bets placed on events that have already commenced without the applicable in-play market being open; or bets placed in excess of the applicable stake limits for the event and market in question.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. In the event of any dispute regarding the result of an event, 777s will use the official statistics provided by its data suppliers. For PSL cricket markets, settlement is based on the official PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) declared result. For international cricket, the ICC official result is used. For abandoned or incomplete events, bets are settled according to the specific rules of each market as published in the 777s sportsbook help section.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events and are subject to suspension and reinstatement at any time based on event developments. Bets placed during a suspended period will be voided and the stake returned. 777s accepts no responsibility for any delay in suspending or reopening live markets due to latency in data feeds or technical issues.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777s platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
Zero Tolerance Policy: 777s maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and match-fixing. Where prohibited activities are suspected, 777s will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory bodies without prior notice to the account holder.
777s reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or receipt of a legal order from a competent authority requiring the restriction of the account.
An account is classified as dormant if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777s will send a written notification to the email address on file 30 days before dormancy fees are applied. A monthly administration fee of Rs 500 or the equivalent in crypto will be deducted from the account balance each month for as long as the account remains dormant and holds a positive balance. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. No administration fees will be applied to accounts with a zero balance.
You may request the voluntary closure of your 777s account at any time by contacting 777s support through the live chat or via the email address provided in the Platform footer. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
All content on the 777s Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 777s or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
